Who is CoachXpert Live for?

CoachXpert Live is for coaches, consultants, experts, service pros, and operators who already have a skill, result, or body of knowledge — and want to turn it into a structured coaching business.

How many people are in the room?

Each event is capped at 12 operators. Aaron is in the room with you the entire time.

Where is the event held?

CoachXpert Live is held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Final venue details are provided after registration and confirmation.

What is included?

Your ticket includes the pre-event orientation call, three live event days, the COACHXPERT System workbook, the full media package (headshots, podcast recording, and edited reels), two post-event accountability calls, and access to the CoachXpert alumni path.

Do you actually build my offer with me, or do I figure it out from a workbook?

Both. The workbook is the build plan, but every section of the event is hands-on. By Day 3, your offer, pricing, deliverables, sales process, and client journey are built — not theorized. You go home and run it.

How does the media capture work?

Day 2 afternoon, you rotate through headshot and reel stations while teaching continues. Day 3 afternoon, you record your podcast episode after the sales content is taught. By the time you record, you know exactly what to say.

What is ROS, and is it required?

ROS — the RISE Operating System — is the website + CRM + payment infrastructure that powers coaching businesses in the RISE Nation ecosystem. It is optional for CoachXpert Live attendees but strongly encouraged, because it gives us the visibility to coach you forward after the event. Pricing is $1,495 activation + $497/month, 12-month agreement.

Is travel included?

No. Travel, hotel, and meals outside of event-provided items are not included.

Do I need an existing business?

Yes and No. This event is best for people with either a proof of concept ready to launch (you are an expert in something), paying clients, real expertise, or a service that already creates results.

Can I bring a partner or team member?

Yes, and each attendee needs their own ticket.
